Balance. Connect. Transform.

Resetting your mind through Co-Active® coaching, online programs, and NeurOptimal® neurofeedback training

Welcome.

Perhaps you are already in therapy, or you have been before and want something different. Perhaps you have healed from past upsetting experiences, and now challenges are there for you because you are reaching for more - leading to new challenges like finding balance in your new exciting life. Maybe something is holding you back from taking that public speaking invitation, that airplane flight, or knowing that you can perform better than you are now in classes, tests, or your private practice. Or maybe you are in therapy and want to add another level of healing that isn’t quite therapy, but will aid significantly in the healing journey and process. Maybe your memory is not quite what it used to be.

At Vetiver Mind Reset we hold an integrative practice approach to mental fitness; providing support for the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — without drugs. We hold you as creative, resourceful, and whole.

If you are new to a holistic approach to feeling happier and healthier, we can begin with the tiniest changes for remarkable results. For example, a little 26-minute evening routine that includes therapeutic lavender on the bottom of the big toe and inhaled deeply before bed can dramatically improve sleep.

We use a diversity of coaching services to fit your needs, your budget, and your time: 1:1 Co-Active® coaching; Vetiver Reset online program with weekly coaching; and NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback brain training for peak performance.

You’ll find yourself balanced, connected to yourself and others, and transformed into the person that’s the true you. You’ll have better performance, more energy, better sleep, and a clear vision and hope for your future.

We are so glad you are here! You’ve taken a brave step toward your best self! We would be honored to work with you.
